DOG SHOWING IS AN ENJOYABLE SPORT.
I tell my friends who ask why I do it, that it is the one sport that incorporates 4 key things for me: (1) the art of grooming and presenting a beautiful Cairn, (2) the science of selecting breeding partners and going through the process of seeing those goals come to fruition with each new litter, (3) the social aspects of meeting new friends with something we love in common; and finally (4) the enjoyment of traveling to places I wouldn't otherwise travel.  All of these things have challenges and expenses, so THE BOTTOMLINE. . . I'm intent on preserving this wonderful breed while providing the best Cairn possible for those who wish to add one to their family.
Lawson had a spectacular weekend, Feb. 28-29 2020, in Pomona, CA at the GWTA and CTCSC Specialty.

After only 2 weekends of shows, Lawson finished his Championship at 10 months of age. He finished with a 5-pt goblet win and a Group One in Owner-Handler Terrier Group at the GWTA Specialty.
